We appreciated all of the time you put into the process and the fact that once you found what type of house we were looking for, you narrowed the search for us and showed us homes that were of interest to us. The way you organized the view days was also of help to us as it gave us better comparisons and allowed us to look at similar properties at the same time and so it was easier to us to compare the attributes of each property more effectively.

We were also pleased with your representation in the negotiations and your knowledge of the closing procedures which helped us with a seamless transfer of the property.

In addition your help after the sale and transfer was much appreciated. Your efforts after the final closing were unexpected and in our minds you put a notch above other agents we have had in the past.
